![]() To spawn Fisherman Tinnak, you will need to find three items. ![]() Once you've made your harpoon, you cannot spawn him again unless you destroy your existing Harpoon. However, in most cases, you'll need to spawn him yourself, since this mob can only be spawned while you are looking for the harpoon parts. He's not usually up, although if someone has already spawned him, you can just participate in the kill and loot the Tattered Seavine from him when he's dead. This one requires a bit of work, including killing a silver elite Tuskarr ghost named Fisherman Tinnak, which drops the Tattered Seavine. With a respawn time of about 15 seconds, it's just not worth going anywhere else. This isn't necessary because there's one very reliable spawn spot that has no nearby mobs. However, many of the locations are within hostile areas that require fighting to acquire. There are several locations for the Wooden Pole - there are several out in the Azure Span. The Harpoon Head is right nearby, on an anvil at /way 12.90 48.79. You will not be able to see or pick up any of these items unless your Dragon Isles Fishing skill is at least 25.
